- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products showing signs of use or physical damage after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging

3. Replacement Policy
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- An alternative product, or
- A refund (as applicable)
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
